Caveats
Net enrolment ratio; capped at 100% by definition. Reporting lags a few years behind the current date -- honest empty-state applies for the most recent years. No UIS source is mapped here: the UIS Nepal snapshot has per-level adjusted net enrolment (NERT.2.CP lower secondary, NERT.3.CP upper secondary) but no combined secondary code matching this indicator's World Bank definition, and substituting one sub-level would misrepresent the concept.
